COLUMBIA SPRINGS CORDWOOD MASONRY BUILDING

We recently completed timber framing on the roof of a project in Vancouver, WA for Columbia Springs. We were really excited to be involved with helping them build this project. I love seeing the community come together and get involved.

truframe placed the living room wall today on the tandem

The tandemDUO is moving along well. It was decided to hold on ordering windows until the walls fell went to the respective locations. This building is beautiful, cannot wait to see the kitchen lid installed. Truframe and Tamarack installed the steel posts today as well.

Framing with TruFrame

We are excited to have TruFrame apart of this project. The quality is going to begin to show as this building comes together! The first floor walls and some of the steel supports were installed at the TandemDUO today!

Floor heating being installed today at the tandemDUO.

Atlas Plumbing installed the floor heating system. Coupled with AREA HVAC we are on track to have a very well insulated, energy effecient and beatiful building in a few months. Check out our FLICKR site as we update the content with more recent pictures on the tandemDUO.
