    Starting Fall 2009 Tamarack is currently building the tandemDUO. Look for this project on the corner of Southeast 28th Avenue & Southeast Pine Street, the tandemDUO project is two homes located in a established close-in Portland neighborhood at the edge of what is known as "restaurant row".

    Tamarack is currently managing the full scale development & construction of this ultra modern church facility located in Portland, Oregon.

    The Cottage

    Tamarack was chosen to participate in the 2008 Parade of Homes. Their contribution to the parade was was "The Cottage," a beautiful blend of old and new, including many innovative features such as reclaimed flooring and was awarded USGBC LEED Gold and NAHB Green Gold certification.
